EXCHANGES

You can exchange the items in their original condition (clean, unworn and with all their tags on) within 30 days after receiving them. If your exchanged item costs less than your original item, a refund will be sent to the original payment method. If your exchanged item costs more than your original item, we will ask you to pay the difference.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Log in your account in our online store www.pepaloves.com
- Click on the top right in "my account"
- Click on "History and order details"
- Click on the order reference that contains the garment you want to change
- Check the box corresponding to the reference you want to change and write what garment you want to receive in return.
- Click on "Request RMA ticket”.
- We will receive and process your request. Within 24/48 hours you will receive an email notifying you that you can send the parcel.
 
HOW TO SEND YOUR PARCEL
- Fill the form you will find in your order and place it inside the parcel.
- Paste the sticker with our address you will find at the bottom of the change form. * DO NOT FORGET TO WRITE YOUR ORDER NUMBER ON THE RIGHT TOP OF THE STICKER
* You will have to assume the return shipping costs (we will assume shipping costs of the new shipment).
* Please always use a courier or certified mail system to avoid the parcel loss.

RETURNS

You can return the items in their original condition (clean, unworn and with all their tags on) within 30 days after receiving them. Once we have processed the return you will receive a confirmation email and within 24/72 hours your items will be refunded.

STEPS TO FOLLOW:
- Log in your account in our online store www.pepaloves.com
- Click on the top right in "my account"
- Click on "History and order details"
- Click on the order reference that contains the garment you want to return.

- Check the box corresponding to the reference you want to return and write the reason on the "Return of goods" box
- Very important: click on "Request RMA ticket”.
- We will receive and process your request. Within 24/48 hours you will receive an email notifying you that you can send the parcel.
